Is all the information in the brochure also on the web site?
Yes, all the brochure information is on the web site. In fact, there is more information on the web site than there is in the brochure.
The web site says that the seminar may close out pretty early. How can I be assured of getting a spot in the seminar?
Fax a completed
application form to the NEAS office, at (781) 784-8209, and indicate that you want to reserve a space in the seminar.
For how long will the fax save a space for me?
If you have requested to save a space but not mailed the registration form with payment, and the seminar fills up, the NEAS office will contact you and ask if you intend to mail in the registration form.
Can I pay for my seminar with a credit card?
Yes. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
When will I receive the study material?
Once your registration/order form is processed, NEAS will
mail out a confirmation letter to the candidates. Study material is
mailed as soon as it is available.
Does NEAS sell the study material separately from the seminar?
Mahler's Guides for Exam 3/M and 4/C ; Dr.
Ostaszewski's Aids for the SOA Exam FM and SOA MLC aids;(Ostaszewski
and Kubicka); may be purchased independently of the seminar.NEAS
also offers the option to buy the study aids only, for several of the
CAS Exam seminars..

What is the timings of the seminar?
The seminar generally run from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, with
an hour break for lunch.
Some seminars end at noon. Please check the individual
course
descriptions for details of the teaching schedule.
How do I get to the hotel?

hotel information. It includes hotel locations, phone numbers,
etc.
If I want more information, should I call the NEAS office?
You can always call the NEAS office. However, before asking a question check the Web site. Most of the information is on the Web site.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation prior to
any material being mailed will receive a full refund. Cancellation
of all other
NEAS
seminars after the Study Material has been mailed will be charged for
material and shipping only, and the balance will be refunded
